The EPA is on a warpath to prevent you from converting your street vehicle to a dedicated race vehicle, and we need your help to block their efforts! It’s an ‘all hand on deck’ critical situation, and we need every car guy and girl to do their part to save our race cars.

This is a topic everyone who loves cars can come together on and support. The efforts are bipartisan, and in a time of such divisiveness, this is something we can all agree on. Don’t let the EPA tell you that you can’t work on your own car. Contact you local and state officials to tell them you support the RPM Act, if you’ve already contacted congress, it’s time to do it again and take this very seriously. Tell congress that our race cars are off-limits and they are not to touch them, they need to leave them alone, and pass the RPM Act.

The EPA has ruled that street vehicles cannot be converted into race cars for off-road use, even if they will never see a public road ever again. This has huge implications for our American freedom to enjoy the hobby we love so much. Many racers, race series’, and manufacturers face the potential of being shut down for good if the EPA decides to act. That is why we need to fight back!

The Save Our Racecars initiative has the backing of over 150 legislators and counting who agree that the EPA is threatening to overstep its bounds should it act on its ruling. The Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports (RPM) Act is essential to our right to modify and race cars. Without it, an entire segment of our nation lives in uncertainty. The entire car community must come together now to let our legislators know the importance of the RPM Act. As our racing partners reiterate in this video, we need your help to keep up the fight to save our hobby. Even if you’ve done it before, contact your congressperson again and make your voice heard. The RPM Act will protect our rights to race and modify our cars and allows manufacturers to support us with parts to improve our cars.
