T.A. Gumpert believes in the magic of life and possibility. She loves flowers, her family, writingstories, teaching kids how to read, and her little dog named Daisy. When she was a child, her motherwould hold her hand while they splashed about in the rain together.

Zuzana Svobodova is an illustrator. Her love of drawing began from the time she could grab a pencil. She still loves children's books and can spend hours in bookstores looking at illustrations and discovering new stories. She enjoys yoga, reading with her kids and baking sweets.
