Assassin's Creed Origins was released in October of 2017, making it nearly six years old at the time of this videos release. Assassin's Creed Origins came at a time when Assassin's Creed was on the verge of collapse. After Assassin's Creed Unity and Syndicate, the series was starting to lose a lot of its player base. Many at Ubisoft were worried that people were becoming tired and burnt out of the IP. That is until Assassin's Creed Origins came out and completely refreshed the series.
