Use Starchrom acquired from in game objectives and events to attain rolls on the Wish Machine. Use the blueprint shards and complete blueprints from the Wish Machine to unlock weapons and gear. Combine blueprint shards of the same class to upgrade your unlocked weapons and gear. Blueprints classes include Stranger, Operator, Juggernaut, Wanderer, Huntsman/Hunter, and Beyonder/Meta (which are still locked).
