How to change the oil in your Diesel KLR M1030M1.

1. Remove your skid plate
2. Loosen the oil filler cap
3. Loosen the Oil Drain Plug (17mm)
4. Fully drain the oil
5. Tighten the Drain Plug finger tight
6. Loosen the Oil Filter Housing (8mm)
7. Remove and replace the oil filter (HF 123)
8. Refit your filter cover and snug it down (8mm)
9. Fill the bike with 5W-30 Amsoil (rated for diesel) 2.5 Qts
10. Start bike, check for leaks, snug bolts
