Today I prepared a very tasty recipe from my friend from America. My friend from America cooks this recipe every week! It's incredibly delicious and easy! A recipe everyone will love! Preparation and ingredients:

1 kg pork fillet.
Make cuts along the meat with a knife.
Don't cut all the way through.
We make cuts through the pork tenderloin with a knife.
The meat should succeed as in the video.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Set the pork tenderloin aside.
1 kg of potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into slices.
Place potatoes in a bowl.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
mix potatoes.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and spread evenly.
Place in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
Let's prepare the sauce for our shorty:
2 cloves of garlic.
Grate the zest from 1 lemon.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
The sauce goes perfectly with these potatoes.
Add as much olive oil as lemon juice.
thyme leaves.
Mix well.
Take the potatoes out of the oven.
Place the potatoes in a deep plate.
Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes.
Stir the potatoes, cover with foil and leave for 15 minutes.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place a parchment-wrapped mold or rolling pin.
Place our pork tenderloin on this mold or rolling pin wrapped in parchment.
Smoked Peppers.

Mix well.
Coat the meat well with this sauce.
Place the meat in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 10 minutes.
Remove meat from oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
Place the pork tenderloin in the oven for another 10 minutes.
