Ingredients:

2 eggplants
Salt
2 tablespoons starch or flour
olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
half a chili pepper (if you don't like it spicy, use a sweet pepper)
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup water
Sesame seeds
green onion

1 eggplant
olive oil
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 pepper
4 tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt to taste
smoked paprika
ground black pepper
2 chili peppers
a little water
a sprig of parsley

Starter for the main course:
baguette
olive oil
Salt
dried basil
dried minced garlic
smoked paprika
ground black pepper
