In this video, I take a dive into Persona game prototypes. Megami Ibunroku Persona, Persona 2, and Persona 3 are the only Persona games to have publicly available prototypes at the moment. The Persona 2 Innocent Sin Demo is also covered here. Prototypes for Persona 4 and Persona 5 have not been discovered yet. If Persona 4 and Persona 5 prototypes or betas are found at some point, I will consider making a part two. Please note that all prototypes covered in this video are almost finished builds of P1, P2EP, and P3. The games are fully playable and you can complete them the same way you'd normally play Persona 1, Persona 2 Eternal Punishment, and Persona 3 if you so choose to. Also note these are all prototypes of the original versions. For Persona 1 and 2, they are the PS1 versions (not the PSP versions). For Persona 3, it is the vanilla PS2 version (not Persona 3 FES or Persona 3 Portable). Lastly, I would like to note that this video DOES NOT cover the very early Persona 3 Beta with massively different gameplay as there is no public dump of that beta. All that being said, I hope you enjoy my unearthing of the Persona Prototypes.
