One of your most reached-for tools as a Notary is your Notary seal stamp! But do you know the purpose it has in the notarizations you perform? Learn more here: https://bit.ly/3Za8Qxu

Notary seal stamps are easy-to-use tools that authenticate a Notary’s signature and make a notarial act official. They often include a Notary’s name and commission expiration date—but each state has its own requirements on the details a Notary stamp should include.

Keep in mind, Notary stamps and embossers are not the same. A Notary embosser is a metal clamping device that produces a raised indentation of a Notary’s information. In some states, Notaries are required to use an embosser, whereas in others, Notaries can use it alongside their Notary stamp. Always be sure to check your state’s laws before purchasing your Notarytools.
