Coriander chutney (also known as Dhania chutney) is a staple in Indian cuisine. Gluten-free and vegan, this quick and easy cilantro chutney pairs perfectly as a dipping sauce with Indian Snacks or any snack such as veg sandwiches, fritters (pakoras), patties, burgers, fries. Coriander or dhaniya chutney is very versatile and can be easily paired up with samosa's your paratha's roti aur with rice , this chutney or dip will definitely increase the taste of the food which you are pairing along with this mouthwatering chutney.

How to Make Coriander Chutney
Ingredients
Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) 1/4 Bunch or 100 grams
Garlic Cloves - 4 Pieces (50 g)
Green Chilies - 4 Pieces (as per level of spiciness)
Medium Size Tomato - 1 (50 grams approx.)
Lime/Lemon Juice - 1/2 (10-15 ml approx.)
Table Salt or Pink Salt - 1 tsp.
Roasted cumin powder or ground cumin (optional) - 1/2 tsp
Black salt (optional) - 2 to 3 pinches


Step 1: Add Ingredients to a Blender. combine Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) 1/4 Bunch or 100 grams, Garlic Cloves - 4 Pieces (50 g), Green Chilies - 4 Pieces (as per level of spiciness), Medium Size Tomato - 1 (50 grams approx.), and Lime/Lemon Juice - 1/2 (10-15 ml approx.).

Step 2: Next add ½ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder or ground cumin (optional), 2 to 3 pinches of black salt (optional) and 1 tsp table salt or pink salt as needed. At this point you can add ¼ teaspoon Chaat masala if you have it.

Blend Coriander Chutney
3. Then, add 1 tablespoon water if required, blend or grind all the ingredients until smooth. Check the seasoning and add more salt or lemon juice as needed.

Serve and Enjoy
4. Finally, serve your delicious coriander chutney with snacks like sandwiches, patties, fritter, or Indian snacks
