Well, this recipe came about because I don’t have any oats, but I also was trying to remove as much genetically modified genetically foods out, so here’s some oat, free canola. It’s delicious, packed with protein, and of course gluten-free and vegan what you will need.
How many cups and you need
1 cup coconut flakes
1-cup almond can substitute
2/3 cup pecan can substitute
1 cup walnut can substitute
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon flax seed ground or whole
1tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut sugar can substitute
Salt
1/2 cup maple syrup local can use agave or honey
1/3 Dried pumpkin seed or fruit
Preheat oven 325F
Mix everything together in a bowl expecting the maple coconut oil and sugar.
In a small pot add in your coconut oil sugar and maple syrup heat on medium low until coconut oil has melted and sugar has dissolved
Remove from and pour over your granola mixture.
Mix until we’ll combined and then place on a baking sheet and flatten out baked for 20-30 mins.
Remove and let cool.
