National Night Out is an annual event that brings together neighbors, police officers, other first responders, and city leaders to help forge lasting relationships that will help strengthen the community.

In 2022, Arlington, TX residents, businesses, and organizations hosted more than 140 parties that were attended by APD officers.

Partygoers also used the event to collect toys for Arlington PD's Santa Cops program, which provides gifts to hundreds of deserving Arlington families during the holidays.
