Agua Fresca - Berry Hibiscus

Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
5 cups water (I like to use purified water)
1 cup hibiscus tea
1 ½ cups boiling water
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries

Directions:
Add ½ cup sugar to 1 cup of water, cook until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool. Now add 1 cup hibiscus flowers to 1 ½ cups of boiling water. Stir and let sit for at least one hour to fully concentrate. Add ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, and 2 cups of purified water to a blender. Blend until very smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve. Stir in ½ cup of hibiscus tea, ½ cup simple syrup, and another 4 cups water. Serve over ice.
