The Alpha Division is you versus your body-weight! We designed the Alpha Division for athletes who are interested in seeing what The PIT is all about, but might not be all that gung-ho to throw weight around on a rest day! If you are new to functional fitness, then this is a good place to start.

Efficiency will be key to success, especially with the burpees. Spring up quickly from the bottom, jump your feet up to your hands to a squat position and get ready to jump and clap! The box jumps and lunges will follow your burpees, and with a lot of leg strength required to be successful here, make every rep count!
