The Napier Sabre H-24 powered the Hawker Typhoon and Tempest fighters. At first look, the engine may seem too complex to easily understand.
This video sorts that out, explaining the engine in a way that is easy to understand and will also give anyone a good basic understanding of how the engine works and why it was even designed that way in the first place.
