Custom Car Builder and LS guru Craig "C.J." Durbin is well known around the midwest for his LS swaps and his '90 S10 is just one of them. What's really cool is C.J has competed with his pickup in the Hot Rod Power Tour, Street Car Takeover, Ice Drag Racing,Rally Cross and more recently Cleetus McFarland's Christmas Tree Drags where an actual Christmas tree is attached atop the vehicle while drag racing! On this day he brought the truck to test on a late fall, cold, super windy day at Byron Dragway. He must have been bored right! The truck powered by a 6.0L LS with twin 78/75 turbos, edelbrock pro-flo xt manifold, running on E85 with holley terminator x efi, turbo 400 trans and Ford 9" rear layed down an impressive [email protected]. Considering the 25 mph headwinds he wasn't far from his personal best of 8.60@160mph.
