Colin has worked in the building control profession for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors, working on a variety of projects, including high rise residential and commercial developments as well as involvement with Hinkley Point C nuclear power station.
Colin has also provided technical training for the RIBA and RICS, is an RICS APC Chairman and Assessor as well as being an RICS Registered Expert Witness. Colin’s role within the Building Safety Programme is to lead the operational policy development for the building control function for higher risk buildings.
