The Year is 2035 and World War III has been raging for 18 years. One year in the United States Utilize a super weapon under the code name HAARP, sending the world into turmoil. Now Echo 1 finds themselves joined with a Naval crew as they begin to sail back to America. However trouble arises as the time to refuel their ship nears.
