Today I am reviewing this BMW 7 series, from the E38 generation. A late car, equipped with the 4.4L V8, many regard the E38 as the last "proper" 7 series, before BMW went down the route of greatly increased luxury and technical complexity. But, do you actually NEED any more than this?
