So here's how I'd normally run this solo or in groups with randoms. I only picked Phenmor as a general purpose weapon that most people can get fairly early on that can handle most SP content with ease (It's also one of the few Incarnons have I don't use a Riven for).

Equinox with Pillage is a pretty safe way to run Disruption since you can easily gain a large enough amount of Shield to endure a few hits in SP, in conjunction with Pacify and Peaceful Provocation weakening enemy DPS. Under normal circumstances, I'd spend a little time maxing Molt Augmented so I could maximize Peaceful Provocations effect, and use Grimoire to lock in one of the invocations on to Pacify as well, but for only 8 rounds that's not really necessary (which is why my Peaceful Provocation was only at 40% Slow for most of the mission, and even that was enough).

Rest can be used to CC enemies for easy Headshots to charge Incarnons, and once Peaceful Provocation hits its max effect, it'll also allow you to easily score them. Pacify will also work on the Demos and keep them slowed so long as you are not in range for their temporarily nullification bubble they emit, so use a decent amount of Range and you'll be fine.

A "freezing" build with Gloom also works for Disruption if you feel you have weapons strong enough to kill demos without Armor Stripping them. Pillage serves as a solid way to keep yourself alive and Armor strip so you can use weaker weapons just as well/well enough for this.

Additional tips

- Rest works on the Battalysts and stops their disco lasers (Ex @ 6:35)
- If you have Power Drain, opening gambit should be to trigger it and snap that on to Pacify along with any other Conditional buffs if you have them (Ex @ 7:40).

Please excuse my inaccuracy with Phenmor, it has been a while since I used the weapon.

Thanks for watching. If you have any comments or questions, please feel free to leave them below.

The music is Closed Road [B] from the Resonance of Fate [ENG]/End of Eternity [JP] OST.
