I made kimchi dumplings that don’t require flour dumpling skins.
The inside is moist and the kimchi is crunchy and really delicious.
It's so easy to make, so give it a try.
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[15 pieces/3-4 servings]
✤ Ingredients
- 15 pieces Sour kimchi
- 200g Ground pork
- 100g Tofu
- 123g Green onion white part (3 pieces of 10cm)
- 8g (1Tbsp) Cooking wine
- 16g (2Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 0.5g (0.5Tbsp) Oyster sauce
- 5g (0.5Tbsp) Sugar
- 1g (0.4 tsp) Ginger powder
- 14g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic
- 16g (2Tbsp) Sesame oil
- 3Tbsp Chopped kimchi stems
- Spicy pepper (optional)
✤ TIP
- If you don’t have a microwave, you can steam it in a steamer.
- You can boil it like a hotpot, but the kimchi may loosen.
