Can You Do the RAINDROP Effect With ONLY Epoxy Resin?

Ever since I did the raindrop/water drop technique with resin I’ve kept wondering whether it could be done with ONLY epoxy resin. In my two previous videos I used UV resin to make the resin “water drops” which worked perfectly. But with epoxy resin, the fact that it takes so long to cure means that the resin could spread and it becomes one giant blob!
Another question I’ll be trying to answer in this video is “Will the epoxy resin damage our mold and leave an imprint from the resin ‘water drops’?” If you guys saw my other videos you know that the uv resin I used left imprints on my molds damaging them and now every time I use those molds my pieces will have the water drop imprints. P.S Luckily there is an easy fix. A nice thin layer of epoxy resin (doming) over that area should hide those imprints or any other blemish you have on your resin pieces.
