Though I didn't plan on making a video of it, thanks to the slow speed of the insurance company, I had enough time to film most of the process.


This roof was originally a TPO roof that "ballooned" so bad it ruptured and tore. In tearing it apart, it seems the glue really did not stick to the membrane. We decided to upgrade the roof from TPO to a EPDM rubber roof. The 3/16th inch deck was pristine and in good condition so we just had stabilize and clean it. We also added a solar panel for funtionality and to hopefully breakup any low air pressure at the front.
