It's been a long time since I've done any FF7 songs, and with Cloud's inclusion in Smash and FF7 remake being announced, I figured now would be a good time to bring this song back.

I first covered Let the Battles Begin! (then titled 'Those Who Fight') back in 2010. I went with this song rather than doing One Winged Angel or Still More Fighting because there are already a million versions of those songs out there, but this one doesn't get covered as much. I feel like Uematsu really hit an experimental stage with the FF7 and FF8 battle themes and was just like 'I'm gonna make some really weird but cool sounding stuff'.

Anyways, I've always been intrigued by this song. Hope you like this version!
