If you missed the Lore Video, it's the first episode in this neat playlist:    • CK3 AtE Figures of Destiny - Appalachia

Welcome back to We Play Games, this time introducing our Figures of Destiny campaigns for After the End. We're gonna organize them mostly along bookmark lines, playing a few of the different starting characters and seeing which direction the bookmarks could evolve in, but resetting after the death of each character so we don't miss out on the fun smaller religions and cultures built into the lore of the mod.

Golden has brought all the disparate tribes of Appalachia together under his control and now has been declared High King. In so doing, a great shadow has been cast over the Eastern seaboard, but that shadow has more than one face. Court Chaplain Opie has dedicated his life so far to transforming the religious landscape of the Empire, bringing untold legions of Appalachians and Riverlanders and Steelfolk too into the Revelationist light. But how with High King Golden fair without his father figure once the Old Man passes? And how will the people respond when High King Golden begins to lay the groundwork of the Appalachian Imperial State? And, of course, what of the Holy Columbian Commonwealth, recently deprived of Alabama and now spinning into turmoil- can it survive the onslaught that Golden has planned for it?
