1) To make our Easy Gin Gimlet, the ingredients you’ll need are:

60ml London Dry gin
20ml lime
20ml sugar
Barspoon lime marmalade
Dehydrated lime wheel garnish (optional)

As with most juice based cocktails this is a shaken drink, so you along with your Jigger you will need a

Shaking tin
Hawthorn strainer
Fine strainer
And a chilled Coupe glass

Add all ingredients to shaker tins, add ice, shake hard, double strain in to coupe and garnish.

2) The White Lady cocktail original recipe requires these ingredients

50ml London Dry gin
20ml triple sec or Curacao
20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
10ml egg white (optional)
Garnish

As with the Gin Gimlet, this is a shaken drink so you will need a

Jigger
Shaking tin
Hawthorn strainer
Fine strainer
Coupe glass

Add all ingredients to shaker tins, dry shake first without ice so you get a nice foam, add your ice, shake hard, double strain in to coupe to get rid of any small ice ships that might ruin the foam and garnish.

3) The ingredients for this easy Eastside cocktail are:

60ml gin
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml sugar
5 mint leaves
2 Cucumber strips
One to add to the tin & one rolled up to garnish (you can also garnish with a mint sprig)

Again, we are shaking this one so you will need

Jigger
Shaking tin
Hawthorn strainer
Fine strainer
Coupe glass

Add all ingredients to shaker tins, including one of your cucumber strips, add ice, shake hard, double strain in to coupe and garnish.

4) The classic Tom Collins recipe calls for

60ml gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar
Soda water
Lemon twist and cherry

Unlike the previous drinks on this list the Tom Collins is built in the glass, so it really is one of the easiest Gin cocktail recipes you can make. All you need is a

Jigger
Highball glass
And a bar spoon (or your finger!).

Build all ingredients in glass, add plenty of ice, stir and garnish.

5) To make the Jabberwocky, you will need…

20ml gin
20ml manzanilla sherry
20ml Lillet Blanc
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist garnish

Being a booze forward drink we'll be stirring this drink, so you'll need

Jigger
Mixing glass
Julep strainer
Coupe glass
And a bar spoon

Add all ingredients to mixing glass, add ice, stir, strain in to coupe glass, fold the garnish over the top of the drink and twist and add the garnish.

So now you know!
