Alcohol was an integral part of the life of Mike Kerr as the lead singer and bassist of Royal Blood, but he's now been sober for two years, a decision that in his own words has changed his life, both professionally and personally, allowing him to devote his body and soul to his music.

In this chat with Fearne, Mike opens up about how his music has evolved with him since he is no longer the same person he was a few years ago, the need to normalise the idea of sobriety and how he's found to release the energy and adrenaline that come with being a live performer.
