My signature banana bread recipe is a fail proof recipe that has stood the test of time. It can be refrigerated or frozen. Simply Pop it in the microwave for a few second and it’s fresh again! You will love this one!

Ingredients Used

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick salted butter at room temp
2 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream at room temp
1 tsp baking soda (not baking powder)
1 tsp cinnamon ( sometimes I add nutmeg)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix the cake as instructed in the video, making sure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Bake cake at 350 for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry . Allow to cool completely before glazing.

Mix the ingredients for the glaze and spread all over the cool cake. Serve and Enjoy!
