As Charbroil gas grill burners age, the performance of the grill suffers. You can easily see a problem with the gas grill flame looking inconsistent. At that point you can either kick the grill to the curb or bring it back to life with a burner replacement. You can find charbroil grills at big box stores or Amazon. As you see in the video, modifications will likely be necessary if you buy a non-Charbroil grill burner part.

The process is fairly straight forward. Just exercise patience and make sure to carefully follow the steps of removal while remembering the disassembly process so you can reverse the steps for installation of the new grill burners.
