Like every other time I bump up back pressure, it's sloppy. Got 101lb, but the next time, it should be a lot cleaner...and I should get way more reps. I'll wait till I can get 10 with good form and move up. Still aiming for 120lb as a short term goal. Did the RVJ pronation lift, and my variation of rise for some static holds. Added some weight on those as well. I've slacked off on cup, but still managed to add 5lb more for what felt like 7 or so reps. I'll try and max out soon to see what my static containment is now. It was 81lb not too long ago, so I hope I've added 5-10lb.
