I share my colonoscopy prep tips and VLOG my day as I go through the dreaded purge! Although I get annual colonoscopies and would consider myself experienced, this was my first time having the procedure/doing prep with a seton in place. I was nervous it would result in more soreness, but there really was no marked difference for me. We recently installed a bidet and I think that helped a lot! The procedure went very smoothly and I will be sharing updates/results soon!
I wont lie to you, colonoscopy prep is never fun, but if you have experienced any changes in your bowel symptoms or are living with IBD, please make sure to schedule your colonoscopies - it can save your life!!
