Alabama Football rumors are about to heat up once again as the spring transfer portal window opens up on April 16th, 2024 and Matt Zenitz 247Sports originally reported that Alabama DB Tony Mitchell was expected to enter the portal. Mitchell later tweeted at Zenitz saying that the report was not true. Alabama Football Report host Tom Downey breaks down 2 possible DB targets that Alabama could recruit in the transfer portal. Kadyn Proctor was also in attendance for Alabama’s A-Day Game on Saturday. He is expected to transfer back to Alabama after leaving for Iowa. Alabama has also landed 2 more commitments from WR Lotzier Brooks and LB Jaedon Harmon in its 2025 recruiting class.
