Love Island is known to be pretty dramatic, and we have to admit , we love it. However, it’s looking as though there were a whole bunch of Love Island scenes that producers didn’t show us that might have made the show even more of a rollercoaster than it already was. From cast members nearly walking out and quitting the show, to flirtatious conversations, and secret feuds we never got to see – there was a lot going on in those 24-hours that got cut from the episodes! The contestants on Love Island might appear to be under permanent surveillance as all the action, drama, tension, tears and tantrums get caught on camera – but there is actually a daily event that never makes it on air. And even though it’s only for a couple of hours, we all know a lot can happen in a short amount of time. Some scenes were edited to make contestants look different than they actually are in real life, or to protect a certain narrative the show wanted viewers to believe. And a lot of what happens in the villa stays in the villa – a lot of things have gone down in the bedroom when lights go out, but producers didn’t let moments that were too steamy get to air. In turn, the cast has come up with clever ways of discussing their intimate moments on camera.
