Baltimore kingpin Rudy Williams sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started out speaking about growing up in a stable household with both parents as one of eight children. Things started to change for Rudy when he was around 13 and got sent to a juvenile facility for truancy. From there, Rudy spoke about his progression into becoming a serious criminal and going on the run at one point, and he also detailed growing his enterprise further after he was released from prison. Rudy spoke about continuing to be arrested and law enforcement labeling him a super kingpin in the 90s, and he later served over 30 years in prison.
