These are the Akko Penguin switches, Akko's latest silent tactile switch.
Strangely feels like silenced Topre.. but actually much more quiet in use. Silent linear switches can sometimes be too bland without the sound, but I feel silent tactiles keep things fresh with the tactile bump. Strongly recommend these if you're looking for a silent tactile.
