With many hands and a couple big machines we managed to completely transform the topography of this property, revamping it to handle stormwater and the resulting water runoff. This was essential to maintain the integrity of the new construction.

Soil erosion of the magnitude that this property was experiencing would have resulted in major cracking of the slab in no time, had it not been addressed. Our goal was to come up with a solution that addressed the project manager's concerns as well as meet certain deadlines to due a large upcoming event.

Not only did we succeed in resolving the issues related to the grading and erosion, but we did it two days sooner than we had to - allaying any fears the had that the property would not look right for the upcoming event.
