Some common types of jigs include drill jigs used for drilling holes with precision; welding jigs which aid welders in holding metal pieces together during welding; machining jigs which guide cutting tools such as drills or saws through a precise path; assembly line jigs which facilitate the assembly of complex products like automobiles.
