We're back with some more interrogations from you lovely folk. In regards to the question on addiction, it's difficult to advise someone on how to become sober. The biggest incentive, in the most brutal way - is that your addiction is going to kill you. Eventually. Sometimes only "sort of" having a problem is harder to deal with because you are not going to hit rock bottom - but it will continue for years, impeding your happiness, your growth and your life in insidious ways. In reality, that is also going to kill you, your spirit and destroy your life but much more slowly. Make it a priority and you will succeed in being in recovery.

Also, my longform podcast will be released this Monday 5pm GMT and I would LOVE if you could give it a watch, it's long and it's full of musings but it's something I'd like to grow and continue doing instead of just the reaction videos.
