FAQ’s:
Can it be moved?
Yes. This unit is built on a chassis that is towable and technically classified as an RV. The photos show the unit at the Tiny Home Community where we rent a lot and have it skirted and cannot see the wheels.
How much would it cost to ship to me?
We are not a dealership & do not offer shipping. This is a private party sale and we had the unit shipped by a transport company from the dealership. You would want to contact a few different transport companies for bids to get the best rate and services each one provides.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer private financing through monthly payments.
Our rent to own monthly payments range is from $300 - $3,000 with a down payment of $3,000.
House is currently being sold at $70,000 including delivery and set-up.
