This list is based on pure sales for the years of 2010 – 2013, from 2014 onward we entered the streaming era and charts around the world incorporated streaming units and that is reflected in the video. So yes, while some albums sold more physical copies, their position might be lowered due to higher streams of other albums e.g. Lemonade in 2016, Beautiful Trauma in 2017, Lover in 2019 etc.
