This week I'm teaching you everything you need to know about modes - the way I wish I'd been taught myself. This is an in depth lesson but, if this is a subject that has ever confused you, I urge you to take the time to go through the whole thing without skipping anything - this is how you will get the most out of it!

We start very simple and make our way through: the musical alphabet, the major scale, intervals, where chords come from, keys, tonal centres, modal chord progressions, modal scales, analysing harmony, learning which modes to use where and how to organise all this information on the fretboard!
