I love camping in the rain, and this was heavy rain! The sound of the rain on the tent was so therapeutic. The trip I had originally planned did not work out, but that's the adventure of camping in wild places, you never know what might happen and you have to be ready to adapt. I was so pleased to have warm gear and hearty food.
