In a case that spans from southern Utah to the Wasatch Front; on August 30, 2023, Ruby Franke’s children were found separated by hundreds of miles.

When one of her children left Jodi Hildebrandt’s home in Ivins that day and went to a neighbors house to call 911, law enforcement began searching for the two other "minor" Franke children.

At first, officers in Springville thought they might be at Franke’s home. When they served a warrant and found the home unoccupied, they began looking in other places around the county.
