Back in August 2021 I finished my first full Ironman distance event after several years of preparation. In this video I will tell the story of the amazing experience of crossing the finish line after close to 12 hours of activity.
I will talk about everything from the preparations on the race morning, setting up my equipment in the transition zone, the cold swim, the long bike ride and the almost even longer run afterwards!
During the event I received heaps of support from friends and family who spent their day cheering for me throughout Copenhagen.

A very tough and long day, which I will give you a detailed description of, just a week before Ironman Copenhagen 2023.
