It's that time of the year for our annual trip to the mountains with the families and friends to wheel the trucks and camp.

Day1: We left the house on a Thursday around 3pm and made our way to Tennessee from Jacksonville Florida which took about 7 hours. This year instead of changing campsites every night we rented a small cabin with a large recreation room and restrooms that made life easier for the big group and kids! Day one consisted of unpacking, settling in, and eating.

Day 2: Due to all the rain we were suppose to do Hurricane creek but we decided to go to downtown Hot Springs NC to check out the shops, get a coffee, and bite to eat before hitting the trails to the fire tower, Scraggy Ridge, Hurricane Gap, & Ramsey Gap Area. As you saw in the video it was a very wet and slippery day and almost ended bad! So alway always be cautious and paying attention.

Day 3: This was the day for the iconic Hurricane Creek Trail. Below you will find the google map link for the entrance. Its a little tricky since this is a twisty down hill road and there are big trucks in the area. Hurricane Creek was a blast with only 2 spots that you have to be careful so you don't slide off the cliff. With a spotter and taking the right line you will have no issues.

Day 4: It was time to make our way back to Florida and get back to sea level!
