I spend a day with the all-new 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid to see how it compares to the previous generation as well as how it compares to the non-hybrid 2023 CR-V. Overall, it's a big improvement in many ways compared to the old one, and still one of the top hybrid SUVs with up to 43 mpg, but it's also still missing a few key features, and other popular features are locked to only the top Sport Touring hybrid model. Nevertheless, the 2023 CR-V Hybrid is still a very competitive vehicle and Honda is betting that 50% of CR-V buyers will go hybrid for this new generation CR-V.
