We've finally uncovered proof that the $27,000 Mansion is haunted! Sean made this short horror film entitled "No Escape" for his high school video class in 2007. Yes, we've known about this mansion for almost 13 years now. We didn't show you the basement in the original video about the listing, but this film was entirely shot in the basement. As you can see its a very creepy basement. Not something for the faint of heart.
