Spring and Fall are probably the best time to do some insulation work on the house since the temperature indoors and outdoors is most closely matched. I intend on getting a utility room built around my electrical panel and water meter but need to fix the Rim Joist and Wall Insulation first. In this video I will show how I am fixing the insulation and vapour barrier around the rim joist area.
