I talk about everything I've done to my 1985 Honda ATC 250R. I bought it when I was a Sr. in Highschool (2010). It never ran quite right when I first bought it. It seemed go run too rich and just didn't have much power. I messed with the carburetor and got it running right and it ripped for a while before I had some major engine problems, locking up the bottom end. I then ordered a new BDT Big Bore 310 motor off Ebay. I got that installed and running good, then I got a better job and starting ordering a bunch of aftermarket parts. I stripped the entire bike down to the frame and repainted and powder coated everything. I put my new white plastics (custom cut) and gas tank on along with a new seat cover and chrome wheels to complete the new look. My brother in law made us custom foot pegs that turned out amazing. It's been running awesome and looking great for over a decade now!
