This recipe is for a 6 inch Raspberry Vanilla Cheesecake, but I also include the 9 inch recipe too (see below)

INGREDIENTS - 6" Raspberry Vanilla Cheesecake
Crust
1 cup Graham Cracker, crumbs
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

Filling
16 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen

1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar

Filling
24 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
1 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 cups Raspberries, fresh or frozen
